Nick, I do keep checking here, and yes, been maintaining, but not pushing myself, I admit it! Fuck! I'll look more into it and maybe not so much with the weights, as I have only hand weights at home, but I could do the cardio stuff. Damn, you must be Catholic, way to lay on the guilt, mom.
